The resulting photos, paintings, collages, sculptures, maps, silk-screened works, and multimedia address stereotypes and the artists' own identities. Thunderbird Theatre Company has the answer: Pride and Succubus, a play that spices up the 19th-century classic with some bawdy, blood-sucking fun. As if Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy's relationship wasn't complicated enough, in this version she's a stake-wielding vampire hunter and he's a tormented vampire.
