Urban Air Night Market Launch Party

What: Fashion festival Urban Air Market has collaborated with SoMa StrEat Food Park to bring 30 to 45 vendors of food and fashion. This marks the opening night of a weekly event.
Where: SoMa StrEat Food Park, 428 11th St, San Francisco
When: Every Thursday Night; 5-10 pm
Cost: FREE
Why: With shopping, eating, and music, what more could you ask for? Oh right. Don't worry, there's a beer garden.

Unplug SF 2014

What: In celebration of the National Day of Unplugging, Digital Detox, Camp Grounded, and Reboot are throwing a device-free party, replete with drinks, live music, and even a massage lounge. Phones checked at the door.
Where: Broadway Studios, 435 Broadway (In North Beach)
When: Friday, 7 pm to 12:30 am
Cost: FREE
Why: Because we could all use a life recharge, even bloggers.

The Bay Lights First Anniversary Bike Ride

What: In honor of the Relighting Ceremony for the Bay Lights, this is a chance for fixie-aficionados to light up their wheels and ride through the city, stopping for drinks and dancing along the way.
Where: The ride begins at Cupid's Span, at Embarcadero and Folsom St.
When: Friday, 7:30 pm; ride starts at 8
Cost: FREE
Why: Because themed night rides are fun.

5th Annual World Naked Bike Ride

What: Like the light-bike ride, except without lights. And everyone's naked.
Where: Justin Herman Plaza, 1 Market Street
When: Saturday, 11 am
Cost: FREE
Why: Because having your naked genitals sit inches above churning metal chains sounds exhilarating.

Dolores Park's Final Weekend

What: A last hurrah before the northern half (Hipster Hill side) of the park closes down for renovations during the next 6-8 months (Gay Beach will stay open but will likewise close and renovate after the north side is finished).
Where: Dolores Park
When: Friday through Sunday
Cost: How many truffles you buyin?
Why: I'd make a YOLO-DOLO pun, but that'd just be tacky. Let's go with a strained Seinfeld reference. Right? Screw it. Just go to Dolores Park this weekend.
