Prepare yourself for the most creative display of artistic masterpieces on July 21st, as The Arc San Francisco, ArtReach Studios, and Helpers Community will brilliantly come together to host "Crafting our Community: An Art Exhibit & Sale."
This free showcase of exemplary works done by their local community of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities will be located at 1500 Howard Street from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Proceeds from this can't-miss event will go benefitting Pulse's Empowerfund, with the lively night also including joyous dance parties, raffles, and other fun interactive activities.
It will truly be a fantastic opportunity to both view and potentially purchase incredibly creative artistry, but also to become involved in an integral Bay Area community for Disability Pride Month.

First established in 1951, one of the hosts, Arc San Francisco, has been devoted to ensuring those with disabilities achieve their personal goals and excel in every life successes through providing inclusive opportunities. From professional internships and educational programs, to diverse health advocacy and over 200 business partnerships, Arc San Francisco has been able to powerfully uplift those with autism, Down syndrome, and more.
This incredible organization also provides independent living services and several recreational and art programs for comprehensive enrichment, fostering greater creativity, confidence, and visibility in their community within SF and beyonf the Bay Area.
Such encouragement of confident artistry will be fully seen in the art show and sale, along with kind members from the fully-stocked ArtReach Studios and the Helpers Community, which both partner with the Arc. The Helpers Community is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that provides personalized job training for those with developmental disabilities, along with stellar residence home services, Award Grant Programs, and their fabulous Artisan Boutique.
This delightful boutique is a wonderfully curated shop sells such handcrafted art, often partnering with other similar organizations.
The evening is set to be spectacularly entertaining and enlightening, filled with delectable food and drinks, a raffle, and an irresistable dance party beginning at 7pm.
The proceeds and donations made from this beautiful gala will go towards the EmpowerFund, which offers financial support for three aspects of Microenterprise, Health and Wellness, and Recreational Activities for the young professionals volunteer group PULSE of The Arc.
