Barebottle Brewing Co. is a local neighborhood staple known for serving up their loyal patrons with the highest quality of craft beers.
Adding more to their helpful community involvement is their upcoming “Crafts for a Cause” giveback program, happening today, April 22nd at their 1525 Cortland Ave location from 3-9pm.
Named “Hops for Housing,” This fundraiser event will donate 100% of their proceeds towards the Coalition on Homelessness, enticing their sales with the keg release of their new and limited Grapefruit West Coast IPA.
Since 2007, the founders of Barebottle Brewing have been inspiring and flavoring their artisanal brews with local Bay ingredients. Their commitment to carefully ensuring their products reflect the personalities and culture of their consumers lend themselves as the proper venue for this community cause.
The Coalition on Homelessness began in the Tenderloin by two men who met in a homeless shelter. Since then their program has been devoted to amplifying authentic voices to achieve human rights, advance housing justice, and actualize policy changes to best benefit the unhoused community of San Francisco.
Following this event will be a similar fundraiser on Thursday, April 28th in their Santa Clara location to assist Next Door Solutions (NDS), the largest and premier Santa Clara County agency for domestic violence.
NDS began operating in 1971, providing aid to over thousands of families and survivors to attain safety, stability and self-sufficiency.
There will be fashionable merchandise and delicious food available by the Al Carajo SF Food Truck to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience while attending this noble cause.
You can continue to assist the advocacy work of the Coalition on Homelessness nonprofit by donating to their Spring Campaign here.
