HOT TODDY

Warm up even the coldest winter evening with the spicy, herbal notes of this comforting hot toddy.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Hot water
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Lemon peel

How to Prepare

  • Pour Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal and simple syrup into a hot toddy glass
  • Top with hot water, a cinnamon stick and a lemon peel, then stir
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick

BAIJIU CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

A celebratory champagne cocktail for the Asian century – a suggestion of spirit baijiu sees Rémy Martin XO wake up the night.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rémy Martin XO
  • 1 bar spoon Baijiu
  • 1 Sugar Cube or 5ml (1/6 oz) Simple Syrup
  • Top with Champagne

Method

  • In a champagne flute, soak a sugar cube in baijiu
  • Pour over the cognac and top with champagne

ASIAN OLD FASHIONED

A new guise for an Old Fashioned when east meets west: Rémy Martin XO and rice wine are the perfect companions

  • 1¼ oz Rémy Martin XO
  • ½ oz Antica Formula Carpano Vermouth
  • ½ oz Choya Sake
  • ⅙ oz Suze
  • Grapefruit Twist

Method

  • Build over hand-cracked or cubed ice in old fashioned glass
  • Garnish with grapefruit twist

YUZU SIDECAR

A true Parisian classic gets an Asian makeover: yuzu takes over from triple sec to showcase Rémy Martin 1738.

  • 1½ oz Rémy Martin 1738
  • 1¼ oz Choya Yuzu Liqueur
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ⅙ oz Simple Syrup

Method

  • Shake all ingredients with cubed ice
  • Double strain into a couple glass

TEA FOR YU

Tea for Yu is a Rémy Martin XO cocktail that’s bursting with two citrus flavours – bergamot from earl grey tea, and yuzu​.

Ingredients​

  • 1½ oz Rémy Martin XO​
  • 1/3 oz Yuzu Juice​
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • Lemon Wedge​s
  • 50ml – 1¾ oz cooled Earl Grey Tea​
  • Top with Ginger Ale​

How to Prepare

  • Mix Rémy Martin XO​, Yuzu juice, and simple syrup in a wine glass over crushed ice
  • Add additional crushed ice
  • Squeeze in the juice of one lemon wedge and top with ginger ale.​
  • Garnish with fresh lemon wedge​
