Offering Filipino-Mexican fusion cuisine, this food truck is known for its creative dishes like sisig tacos, burritos and more. It’s an absolute star of the local food scene, with trucks on the move and brick-and-mortar restaurants throughout San Francisco, Oakland and the Bay Area. If you're looking to really fill up, there's nothing better than the California Sisig Burrito, made with your choice of pork, chicken, tofu or tocino and stuffed with French fries, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo.
