Chef Thomas Keller brings a chic Champagne and caviar pop-up to Yountville.
Opening June 26 in Yountville comes the Regiis Ova Caviar & Champagne Lounge. Chef Thomas Keller and caviar expert Shaoching Bishop, founders of the Regiis Ova caviar brand, are teaming up to create an unmatched caviar experience in the Bay Area.
The lounge will pair their top-of-the-line caviar selection with classic champagnes such as Dom Pérignon, Krug and Ruinart as well as select wines from California and European vintners. The extensive beverage list was curated by Michel Couvreux, beverage director for Per Se and The Surf Club Restaurant, and Andrew Adelson, Head Sommelier at The French Laundry. The experience can also be expanded into a meal with larger dishes to be shared with two to four guests and finished off with a quenelle of Royal Caviar. There is also an offering for separate caviar tastings.
The chic space was designed to exude comfort and elegance. With the help of AD100 designer Ken Fulk, Keller’s team was able to curate a selection of RH furniture for the space to create an oasis filled with deep-sea greens and opulent textures beside a lush garden—the perfect spot to enjoy the first-class delicacies.
The lounge is slated to be open through the fall and reservations can be made on Resy. 6480 Washington St., Yountville
