City Arts & Lectures will host the benefit and guests will have an opportunity to sit on stage and chat with Pollan and fellow food writer Patricia Unterman. Afterward, enjoy a private three-course dinner with Pollan and members of City Arts & Lectures at the Hayes Street Grill. Proceeds from the event will help to fund the restoration of the Nourse Auditorium, which will be the new home to City Arts & Lectures.
Make sure you order The Pollanator, the signature cocktail mixed as a tribute to Pollan—a St. George Terroir “Mt. Tam” gin martini served with a dusting of fennel pollen.
