Cocktails, Canapes, and Caviar: A Culinary Journey With Clase Azul

Clase Azul Mexico hosted an exclusive dining experience at Californios, pairing their iconic tequilas and mezcals with a tasting menu and caviar from The Caviar Co.

Clase Azul Mexico, along with the contemporary two-Michelin-star Mexican eatery Californios and The Caviar Co., hosted an exquisite culinary experience reserved for only the most discerning foodies.

The special event was a match made in heaven featuring Clase Azul Mexico's luxurious tequilas and mezcals paired with Californios cuisine and The Caviar Co.'s finest offerings. The evening began with cocktails and canapés in Californios garden and continued with caviar from The Caviar Co., paired with the delicate and complex tequilas from Clase Azul Mexico.

As part of the evening, guests were guided to the wine cellar, where Clase Azul Mexico’s Manuel Cruz presented the brand’s tequila and mezcal icons, sharing the history of the brand and the mission of Clase Azul Mexico.

After the wine cellar, guests were taken on a kitchen tour and walkthrough of the menu with remarks by Chef Val Cantu before being led to their seats for a decadent meal featuring Clase Azul tequilas and mezcals as well as sumptuous caviars from The Caviar Co., including their Kaluga Hybrid Caviar, Imperial Golden Osetra Caviar and Siberian Sturgeon Caviar.

The cuisine, which included chilapita, ceviche, camote y mole, tamal and more was paired with Clase Azul Mezcal Durango, Clase Azul Tequila Reposado, Clase Azul Tequila Gold, Clase Azul Tequila Anejo, Clase Azul Tequila Dia de Muertos 2023, and finally Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero.
