Dress for Success San Francisco believes that behind every strong community, there is a network of strong women. By providing financial, educational, and professional support to women of diverse backgrounds, this foundation mentors the next powerful, resilient cohort of women looking to change their lives and their communities. This year, Dress for Success highlights four female pillars of the Bay Area, including Carolyn Wente, Quita Highsmith, Teresa Rodriguez and Valerie Roush. With the Your Hour, Her Power campaign that kicked off at the beginning of Women’s History Month, everyone has the opportunity to contribute to a purposeful and empowering mission.
Quinta Highsmith
In the past year alone, we've seen women continue to face innumerable challenges. Women have left the workplace at an alarming rate, and those who have remained, struggle with significant issues with balancing childcare and housework, increased workloads and loss of confidence. This year, Dress for Success is excited to bring back Your Hour, Her Power for another year to inspire hope and resilience among women by honoring groundbreaking women in leadership positions across various industries.
