Eat These Eclairs Right Now

Not content to give San Franciscans a bevy of ways to eat themselves to glorious oblivion, Belinda Leong is using her pastry case at b. Patisserie to showcase a series of themed desserts.

The first, which kicks off this month, is all about éclairs.

You’ll currently find seven varieties, including pistachio mascarpone raspberry and Whatchamacallit, which takes its flavor cues from the candy bar. Inspired by her stint at Paris’s vaunted Pierre Herm√©, whose eponymous chef liked to exhibit his latest (pastry) fetishes, Leong is building upcoming themes around tarts and verrines. Strawberries are rumored to be among future inspirations.

Deliciousness, however, is confirmed.
