This Saturday, San Francisco magazine is bringing you the best of the Bay Area's dining, wine and music. Meet top local restaurateurs, chefs, winemakers, and mixologists and sample their best work. Join us at Justin Herman Plaza on the Embarcadero for the last bit of summer sunshine and the final big food and drink event of the year.
Your ticket not only buys you a taste of SF’s best restaurants and drinkeries as well as access to a veritable who’s who of the epicurean world, the day’s net proceeds also benefit Meals on Wheels of San Francisco, an organization dedicated to helping homebound senior citizens lead independent, healthy lives. Support them through Fall Fest’s silent auction and raffle and you could take home food, wine, and travel prizes!
Still not convinced? Here’s a taste of this year’s line-up:

Thirty-two local wineries will be participating this year from Handley Cellars (who just took home eight gold medals in the Mendocino County Wine Competition) to the new-age, vintage-style winemakers of Bonny Doon. Be sure to check out the elite wines of Gundlach Bundschu made by the German Bundschu family for the last 150 years.
Witness firsthand the culinary magic of seven of the city's best chefs as they cook their hearts out, emceed by our own deputy editor Sara Deseran. International pastry guru and San Francisco native Belinda Leong of B. Patisserie will be displaying her sweet skills, along with the newly opened Locanda’s Anthony Strong, who was recently named 2012’s Rising Star Chef by the SF Chronicle. And you definitely won’t want to miss your chance to mingle with chef Stuart Brioza of State Bird Provisions, called the year’s best new restaurant by Bon Appetit magazine.

Lead by Paul Einbund, this year's tent also includes conversations wtih experts such as Almanac Beer’s buzzed-about brewer Jesse Friedman and award-winning bartender Thad Vogler. We also bring you two wine connoisseurs from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
