What better place to source ingredients for a clean skincare line than an organic farm? For Agatha Relota Luczo, co-founder and chief creative officer of Furtuna Skin, the answer comes courtesy of her family’s 800-plus-acre organic estate in Sicily, a space filled with the essential building blocks of her brand. “We use wildly potent ingredients to solve the age-old problem of creating pro-grade performance skincare that doesn’t compromise your health or ethics,” she says. “To us that means they’re grown on organic land that’s been untouched for hundreds of years, and they’re wild-foraged by generations of Italians to ensure their utmost nutrients remain intact.”

The pared-down lineup—chock full of antioxidant-rich olive oil, olive leaf water and more that promote hydration, vitality, resilience, protection and healing—includes a micellar cleansing essence, a face and eye serum that easily absorbs, a gorgeous moisturizing oil and a rich replenishing balm. A revitalizing eye cream will launch in March. “It’s concentrated with rare, organic and medicinal botanicals that we’ve sustainably foraged to target key concerns—lines and wrinkles, puffiness, sagging and dark circles,” says Relota Luczo, who notes that the line is perfect for combatting skin affected by San Francisco’s pollutants. “It took four years to perfect our ingredient gathering and formulations for this first collection,” she says. “As a sustainably farmed brand, we will always create based on the resources available to us, and we will only ever offer the best of the best.”
