The Tiburon store is filled with everything needed to outfit a home's indoor and outdoor spaces.
It’s only fitting that when Marin-based landscape designer Beth LaDove and textiles specialist Caitlin McVarish decided to team up for an indoor-outdoor living concept store, they found their location in a former nursery. Ground (groundgoods.com), their 10,000-square-foot Tiburon shop, is stocked full of ethically sourced goods, including plants, handknotted rugs, ceramics, apothecary items, textiles and tableware. Peruse alpaca collections from Sandra Jordan, leather wares from Billy Kirk and ceramics from Tracey Kessler. Plus, the space will serve as a studio for the founders to host design service appointments and a schedule of classes. As LaDove says, “We literally cover a lot of ground.”
