Harmon Guest House was named after Healdsburg’s founder Harmon Heald, who held an altruistic personal mission to emphasize community and environmental health through innovative urban planning. Today the hotel continues to uphold his pioneering lifework, modernizing his vision by being environmentally friendly and hospitable to all who wish to recharge and feel at home.

Harmon Guest House is located just north of the h2hotel, its sister property, and is centered within wine country’s most gorgeous scenery. This view can be fully appreciated in either their suites or studio style king rooms perfect for friends and family or an intimate getaway.
The Rooftop is another marvelous feature to view Healdsburg, Fitch Mountain, and the Sonoma Hills while unwinding at their lounge’s refreshing bar or by the deluxe fire pit.
In conjunction to the perfect stay here, the Immersive Sound Experience Package follows with the self-guided audio walking tour at Medlock Ames .

Medlock Ames began in 1998 by college best friends Chris Medlock James and Ames Morison who both sought to highlight Bell Mountain Ranch’s natural beauty and utilize its then-neglected Merlot vines to craft award-winning wines.
They have since received acclaim not only for their vibrant and lush acreage, but also for their organic quality, mindful farming, and “light-touch farming practices.”

The in-depth auditory experience on the property was developed by local sound artist Hugh Livingston from Medlock Ames’ Bell Mountain Ranch and thoroughly follows the winemaking process over the course of a year. After completing this edifying activity, a wine educator will host the private tasting of current release and member-exclusive wines. A plate with local and seasonally fresh cheeses will also be available to best pair with the flight.
“The Immersive Sound Experience adds an incredibly unique way to explore Medlock Ames before trying their exceptional wines.” This thrilled sentiment comes from Circe Sher, the co-founder of Piazza Hospitality which developed and owns Harmon Guest House.
Sher continues, “our connections with Medlock Ames and other leading names in the local hospitality industry allow us to offer guests these engaging activities that leave them with a deeper understanding of where they visited.”
Sher understands the popularity of wine tasting as the local pastime in Healdsburg, and only wants the best for those traveling and momentarily residing in the charming town.
