Get in the holiday spirit with Macy's 33rd annual tree display. From Nov. 10, 2022 to Jan. 1, 2023, gather across from the front of Macy's in Union Square to watch San Francisco's most recognizable tree turn into a twinkling masterpiece.
On view from Thanksgving through the New Year, the Fairmont's famed 22-foot-high, 23-foot-wide Victorian Gingerbread House is a dazzling holiday tradition. The two-story winter wonderland is lit up from head-to-toe, and you can even book a time to dine inside of it.
Stop by Grace Cathedral to see the largest origami holiday tree in the world, standing over 23 feet tall and decorated with over 17,000 origami cranes and stars, each inscripted with wishes for the future. The tree, from Rainbow World Fund, stands as a symbol of global unity.
From Dec. 18 through 25, gather in Union Square to view the Menorah lighting put on by the Bill Graham Menorah Project. Enjoy eight nights of Hanukkah cheer.
