Inspired by a traditional cebichería, La Mar Cebicheria Peruana by world-renowned Chef Gastón Acurio thoughtfully aims to channel the vibrant ambience, adventurous flavors, and cutting-edge gastronomy of Peru, which he, along with Executive Chef Victoriano Lopez, has been successful at since La Mar's first opening 14 years ago.
Sustainability and freshness are essential aspects of the menu at this sophisticated waterfront wonderland, precisely incorporating modern cooking techniques within classic Peruvian dishes that evoke a comforting sense of home.

The brimming menu includes Trio de Ostras Cebicheras, which entails an Oyster Chifa with black garlic leche de tigre, an Oyster Nikkei with tamarind leche de tigre, and pickled cucumber, and an Oyster Chalaco-style. This is a triple treat that will go effortlessly with the Louis Roederer "Collection 242" Brut.
Scallops Tiradito is also on the roster, with Maine-sourced Scallops adorned with pickled fennel and wild salmon roe and coupled with the 2015 Louis Roederer Brut Rosé.

With La Mar's new fully private City Room, what was once the Piers' vintage ticket office has now been revived and immortalized as the perfect event space that is historic, storied, and luxuriously intimate.
