Last call for crab

Every Monday since last December, Russell Moore and his team of cooks at Camino have celebrated local Dungeness crab with a $35 prix fixe menu. But the season is drawing to an end and there are now only two opportunities left to enjoy Moore's crabby menu. The details for the February 20th dinner are not set yet (except for the fact that it will feature Dungeness cooked in the restaurant's signature fireplace), but Moore has big plans for his crab finale on February 27th. On that night, Moore, who's mother is Korean, plans to break out the kimchee. He's kept a batch of fermented vegetables going at home for years, and recently started serving it at the restaurant's staff meal. And now, for the first time he'll be offering it at the restaurant. Not all the details of the menu are set--other than of course the requisite crab, but don't come looking for an all-Korean menu. "It's refreshing not to be tied to tradition," he says. "I think I may serve it with farro."
