Tishman Speyer has unveiled MIRA’s Panorama Collection, a selection of 20 homes on the top five floors of the 40-floor, spiraling tower. The Panorama Collection is comprised of luxury three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium residences with expansive city and bay views, high ceilings, spacious floor plans, elegant finishes, and top-of-the-line appliances. MIRA’s architecture and interiors were designed by Studio Gang’s Jeanne Gang, an award-winning architect and member of the 2019 TIME 100 list. MIRA is slated for occupancy in late 2019.

Homes in MIRA’s Panorama Collection feature larger bay windows than comparable units on lower floors, offering sweeping views of San Francisco Bay, the Bay Bridge, and the city skyline. Master bathrooms will offer Elegant Grey marble tiling, recessed shelving, a rain showerhead, a wall-mounted toilet, and a toilet closet in select homes. MIRA’s 3,500-square-foot Sales Gallery is now open at 163 Main Street, one block from the construction site of the new tower. The Sales Gallery showcases a fully furnished model home vignette with a kitchen, dining and living rooms, and a master bathroom.
