Tishman Speyer has unveiled MIRA’s Panorama Collection, a selection of 20 homes on the top five floors of the 40-floor, spiraling tower. The Panorama Collection is comprised of luxury three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium residences with expansive city and bay views, high ceilings, spacious floor plans, elegant finishes, and top-of-the-line appliances. MIRA’s architecture and interiors were designed by Studio Gang’s Jeanne Gang, an award-winning architect and member of the 2019 TIME 100 list. MIRA is slated for occupancy in late 2019.
Homes in MIRA’s Panorama Collection feature larger bay windows than comparable units on lower floors, offering sweeping views of San Francisco Bay, the Bay Bridge, and the city skyline. With ceilings between 10 and 12 feet high, floor plans range from 2,100 to 2,500 square feet. Home prices start at under $5M.
“We’re proud to unveil this collection of beautiful homes to market,” says Carl Shannon, Senior Managing Director at Tishman Speyer. “Jeanne Gang has done remarkable work in designing these tower-top homes—their thoughtful floor plans and floor-to-ceiling views of the City and the Bay are sure to take people’s breath away. We’re optimistic that this well-priced collection will speak for itself for prospective residents.”
Panorama Collection kitchens feature custom Sozo cabinetry in Maralunga and Softetch Mirror coplanar doors with premium drawers, a wine nook, a Miele 36” cooktop stove with center wok, and Mystery White marble countertops with expanded waterfall islands. Master bathrooms will offer Elegant Grey marble tiling, recessed shelving, a rain showerhead, a wall-mounted toilet, and a toilet closet in select homes. Homes also include a Miele washer/dryer, flexible floor plans to create large entertainment areas, and pantry rooms in select homes.
MIRA’s 3,500-square-foot Sales Gallery is now open at 163 Main Street, one block from the construction site of the new tower. The Sales Gallery showcases a fully furnished model home vignette with a kitchen, dining and living rooms, and a master bathroom. Visitors can review MIRA’s many floor plans and view options via a state-of-the-art home selection process. MIRA’s Sales Gallery is open every day from 11 am to 5 pm. Sales at MIRA are represented by Polaris Pacific, the West Coast leader in high-density new home residential sales and marketing.
Located one block from the Embarcadero, MIRA features amenities such as a courtyard, rooftop deck, private dining and lounge, a Jay Wright-designed fitness center, children’s playroom, conference room, dog washing station, valet parking for 340 cars with electric vehicle charging stations, parking for 150 bicycles, and over 10,000 square feet of retail at street level. MIRA’s bay windows create a dynamic façade that will transform the neighborhood with Studio Gang’s groundbreaking, forward-thinking architecture.
Located in the emerging Transbay neighborhood where SoMa meets the Embarcadero, MIRA will offer convenient access to the waterfront, the new Salesforce Park and Transbay Transit Terminal, and a wide array of retailers, nightlife, restaurants, transportation options, and sports and entertainment venues. The MIRA community will contribute to the dynamic neighborhood created by Tishman Speyer’s nearby Infinity and LUMINA projects. The site was previously known as Block One of the Transbay Redevelopment Plan. For more information and to register for the interest list to receive development updates, please visit MIRASF.com.
