From the moment you walk in, you will be immediately greet not only by their terrifically helpful staff, but also by the lavish atmosphere and open kitchen and bar where you can directly watch all the magic happen.
Constructed by Trenchs Studio, Telefèric's contemporary interior strikes the perfect balance of sharp and modern industrial-steel angles with classic Spanish art from Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali.

Their tapas, or shared small plates, are unbeatable, for the large list alone will impress you before you even witness their portions! You have to order their luscious Iberian Oysters with Mery gazpacho & Iberian Ham, all served atop a beautifully unique foggy landscape of liquid nitrogen smoke.
The Jamón Ibérico de Bellota delicately cured for 38 months also can't be ignored, for its large serving is both richin meaty flavor, yet still light on the palate.

Their perfectly grilled Pulpo Telefèric with Galician octopus, truffle oil, and pimentón potato purée is also an irresistable choice with its balance of crunchy, smooth, and chewy textures, or sample their Taquitos de Tuna & Avocado packed with fresh ahi tuna.
You cannot go wrong with these highly-satisfying tapas, but definitely save room for the entree!

The paellas hereare traditionally prepared, having the paella master brought in directly from Spain. With Spanish Bomba Rice that can be made extra crispy, each paella is handcrafted carefully, and depending on which variation you fall in love with, topped with generous amounts of prawns, clams, lobster, and more. Our top choices here are the tender Maine Lobster Paella, the Secreto Ibérico Paella with strictly acorn-fed black pig fillet and pork belly, and the classic Paella Negra with ingenious squid ink.

Dessert is also a star course here, taking familiar and comforting Spanish confections and elevating them for a posh, yet fun cap to your cultural food adventure. In addition, the restaurant’s Churros con Chocolate are decadent here without being cloyingly sweet, and the Arroz Tres Leches is your homestyle rice pudding opulently upgraded with Catalana foam & playful jellies.

The Telefèric Restaurant Group is truly a family affair. Headed by Soledad Urabayen, the matriarch of the Padrosa family, she sought to capture the vibrant spirit and culture of Spanish cuisine in innovative gastronomic approaches, opening the original restaurant 22 years ago. Today its Californian branches are masterfully led by son Xavi Padrosa, prolifically achieving high praise in all their locations, with an upcoming one in Santa Monica, all thanks to their comfortable and modern restaurant experience, and genuinely kind service.
