Jordan Vineyard & Winery spotlights charitable organizations as part of its Social Impact Summer.
It doesn’t get much better than summer in Sonoma County, but this summer, Jordan Vineyard & Winery and the John Jordan Foundation are upping the ante with a series of epicurean celebrations. As part of its Social Impact Summer, Jordan is bringing together the best in food and wine to commemorate important social causes. Held during the winery’s 50th anniversary and the 10th anniversary of the Foundation, a series of intimate dinners at the Jordan Winery Chateau will spotlight four charitable organizations that the Foundation has supported in the last decade—and you’re invited! Other uplifting events being held across the country will extend the Foundation’s philanthropic reach far beyond Healdsburg.
Executive Director of the John Jordan Foundation, Katie Young, will host four not-to-be-missed alfresco dinners in order to spark meaningful dialogue about important social causes—ranging from protecting the academic future of our youth to rescuing animals from inhumane conditions. During the dinners, held on the chateau terrace, you’ll enjoy a five-course meal featuring ingredients from the Jordan chef’s garden and local farms. Multiple vintages of Jordan Chardonnay and Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon, including a taste of the inaugural 1976 vintage, will complement the meal. Limited tickets are available.
