At chocolatier Michael Recchiuti’s little sweet-savory café, tartines—delicate open-faced sandwiches—include a ladies-who-lunch version topped with bay shrimp and crème fraîche. Fluffy soufflés are also on order. Of course, you save room for dessert, but not necessarily chocolate-only.
