The new “Mirage” exhibit consists of pieces/visuals from Syrian storytellers, Loubna Mrie and AlBaraa Haddad. Both storytellers are refugees who fled during dire times of war, using art to express their heart-breaking experiences when relocating to a new country.
The stories and visuals displayed within the gallery not only highlight the artists’ own stories and perspectives, but they also represent many other Syrians around the world who have yet to have their voices heard by the general public.
