GRAND FLEURS

Inspired by Paris during their honeymoon, Grand Fleurs founders Lisa and Lawrence Young have established a South San Francisco shop that teems with beautiful roses that claim to last a year or longer. All of the shop’s Infinity Roses are imported from Ecuador and go through a nontoxic preservation process. The atelier not only produces customizable hatbox arrangements but also carries roses in plexiglass display cases, flower bears constructed of soft foam roses with a single Infinity Rose at the center, extra-large roses in glass domes and elegant vases that showcase Infinity Roses with other dried plants. Each arrangement includes a Parisian-inspired box, linen-felt greeting card and rose care guide. 380 Swift Ave., Ste. 22

LA FLEUR DELUXE

This family-owned online boutique showcases arrangements of naturally preserved Ecuadorian roses. They are picked from farms that allow longer growing periods than average roses, resulting in bigger flower heads. Not only do the flowers come in myriad colors, but they also feature a variety of finishes, including classic, pearl touch and metallic. Although the shop usually offers its round, square and dome-shaped compositions in chic gift or acrylic keepsake boxes, customers can also opt for a silver ring decorative bowl for a more contemporary feel as well as other customizable options.
