Chocolate lovers and aficionados unite!
This Saturday, San Francisco's Golden Gate Park will be a decadently artisanal wonderland with the 14th Annual International Chocolate Salon coming to the County Fair Building.
Master chocolatiers from all the country's best culinary cities, as well as San Francisco's own local shops, will be in attendance to showcase their finest and premium gourmet cocoa creations through demonstrations, personal discussions, and unlimited tastings.
The Chocolate Salon highlights a wide array of diverse local and international chocolatiers.
Hosted and curated by the Organizers, this year's Salon will be its 14th annual appearance on the west coast and is expected to be brimming with over 25 of the finest chocolate and confections vendors.
Classes like "How to Create Awesome Chocolate Flavors," and "Making Chocolate At Home" will be spread throughout the 6 hour event.
Guest speakers and panelists are still to be announced, but previous notable figures have included award-winning Master Artisan Chocolate maker Art Pollard of Amano Artisan Chocolates, Utah, and Jennifer Sund of Sonoma County's Rainy Day Chocolate.
