“As a New York City transplant, San Francisco has welcomed me with open arms and truly become my home,” says Carmen Legarda. “There’s so much love.” You can take the girl out of New York but can’t erase her fashion sensibility. “Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City was my ultimate fashion icon. While I may not dress exactly like her, she inspired me to embrace adventure, femininity and fun with fashion,” says Legarda, who loves Chanel, Celine, Saint Laurent and Gianvito Rossi. This fall, the runner looks forward to exploring more trails around the city and a professional milestone: “We’re inching closer to selling out the building, and it’s incredibly exciting!”
