San Francisco takes St. Patrick’s Day pretty seriously, hosting one of the largest holiday parades in the country and a host of other fun things to do. Eat, drink, dance, sing and be merry from Fisherman’s Wharf to Bayview and everywhere between with these celebratory activities all over the city.

The United Irish Societies welcomes the young and young-at-heart to join in a merry march from the corner of 2nd and Market Street to the Civic Center Plaza. Gather at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, to take part in the parade, then stay for a while to enjoy hot food, Irish dancing, bar beverages, live Irish music and more.

Come to the Center to enjoy live performances from three Irish bands, Irish dancing shows, three stocked bars, and even more corned beef and cabbage dinners.
