Astra is set to celebrate Thanksgiving with Moët & Chandon, offering each guest a complimentary welcome Champagne toast and a four-course prix fixe menu showcasing traditional Thanksgiving fare. Enjoy honeynut bisque, caviar, roasted Mary's organic turkey with turkey breast, confit leg and thigh, natural jus, potato puree, and root vegetables, plus cornbread soufflé, bacon and pecan crispy Brussel sprouts, and bourbon orange cranberry sauce.
