Tracy Simmons, interior designer and owner of The House, shares her go-to finds for achieving a graceful lifestyle.

Just over one year ago, interior designer Tracy Simmons opened her intentionally selected home goods shop The House in Presidio Heights. The design and retail space, adorned in a breezy Californian aesthetic, features a curation of ceramics, artwork and pieces from local artisans and makers. Natural light floods the space boasting gloriously high ceilings and a magnificent fireplace made from limestone found in the south of France. Now, Simmons hopes to share her design expertise with East Coast patrons, looking to open a second The House location in Amagansett, N.Y.
