One Steuart Lane offers unique amenities and a coveted waterfront location.
In what is being billed as the final opportunity for homeownership along San Francisco’s prized Embarcadero, sales have opened for One Steuart Lane (onesteuartlane.com), a 20-story “ultraluxury condo” slated for completion in early 2021.
Behind the project are Paramount Group and SRE Group, whose early renderings and visual walkthrough reveal interiors by well-known brands such as Molteni Group and Liaigre, and an amenity collection designed by architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), as well as amenity-space interiors by Rottet Studio.
One Steuart Lane’s ultraluxury waterfront condos range from one to three bedrooms.
San Francisco has seen luxury properties rise up like crops planted throughout the city. What sets this project apart is its location, which will offer each of the 120 residences unmatched waterfront views of the Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, Ferry Building and the bay. To maximize and complement the view, each unit will have floor-to-ceiling glass and over-9-foot-high ceilings.
“One Steuart Lane is a masterclass in elevation—from the ambitious urban design of the building, consistent with that of some of the world’s most admired private residential homes, to the timeless stone exterior, which carefully reflects and resonates with life at the water’s edge in San Francisco,” says Craig W. Hartman, senior consulting design partner at SOM in San Francisco. “Our collaboration on this rare opportunity with Rottet Studio has resulted in a final vision that encapsulates the understated and authentic beauty of the Bay.”
Residences range from one to three bedrooms, spanning in size from approximately 900 to 3,000 square feet, as well as penthouses measuring up to 6,000 square feet. Select residences include terraces with landscaped living wall dividers. In addition, the 12 terrace residences offer sliding glass panels expanding the living room, setting a new standard for indoor-outdoor living spaces that lead to expansive 40-foot wraparound terraces. This feature is unique to One Steuart Lane in San Francisco.
Other amenities include an all-encompassing residents lounge with full kitchen, dining and outdoor gathering spaces; valet service; staffed lobby offering 24-hour concierge services; private fitness center; spa with water therapy showers and sauna; outdoor Jacuzzi surrounded by a sun terrace; and an approximately 4,500-square-foot retail space. Prices start at $1.6 million.
Sales are being led by leading West Coast condominium sales and marketing company Polaris Pacific (polarispacific.com).
